Methods of delivery
Fulfillment of Order
 | Jewellery delivery for commissioned work will normally take 2 to 4 weeks depending upon
supply
availability. If it appears that delivery will take
longer, the customer will be kept regularly informed by email. If
commissions cannot be fulfilled to the customer's requirements because of
difficulties of supply, near substitutes will be offered. If these substitutes
are not acceptable there will be no charges made on the commission, or charges
that have already been made will be refunded. |
| For 'Ready-to-wear' jewellery, delivery will be made as soon as payment is
received. |
Delivery costs
| Postage and Packing price includes a gift packaging for each item or set. |
| Packages for the UK will be sent 1st Class Recorded Mail. For high value items,
Royal Mail Special Delivery Services can be used and charged at actual
rates. |
| Packages for overseas will be sent by small packet rate or parcel post,
whichever is cheapest, and calculated for each individual order. The
customer will be informed of the cost of delivery. This amount will be added
to the customer's account, to be paid before delivery. |
| P & P costs for the UK have been standardised or order to make it easy
to calculate the invoice total. |
